About ULM StoryHouse
ULM Storyhouse began as a quiet dream — a place where the stories living inside me could finally take shape and breathe. Over time, it’s become something larger than I imagined: a space where hidden truths, identity, and belonging are woven into worlds full of quiet magic and meaning.At its heart, ULM is more than a series of books. It’s an unfolding journey — thirty-eight stories across three interconnected series — each one carrying threads of light, memory, and the ways we find ourselves along the way.For now, I’m building slowly and intentionally — one illustration, one chapter, one thread at a time. And if you’re here, you’re already part of it.This is where stories awaken. Where you’ll find the pieces of yourself inside them.
Why the Mystery?
You may notice that some titles and names are being held back for now. This is intentional as we complete trademarking and copyright protections to safeguard the integrity of our work.Some stories need space to grow safely, to be protected before they step into the light. While certain titles and names remain quiet for now, we promise — what’s hidden will find you soon.Thank you for your patience what’s coming next is worth the wait.
Where We Are Now
The heart of this project is already taking shape. Twelve unique children have been fully developed, their stories carefully woven together into a connected world. First drafts for Series I (picture books) are complete, along with the origin story draft for Series II (middle grade series). Copyrights are pending, and the foundation for everything ahead is firmly in place.
Where We Are Headed
The path forward is focused on polishing and preparing: finalizing story drafts, beginning simple author-led illustrations, and securing trademarks to protect titles and identities. We’ll also be opening opportunities to fund own‑voice illustrators and welcome own‑voice collaborators to review and help shape early drafts. The ultimate goal is to publish the first author‑edition books and bring these stories into the hands of the children they were written for.
